On TikTok, Slater Vance, Bassett’s son with fellow actor Courtney B. Vance uploaded a video that saw him breaking the news to his parents that Michael B. Jordan, Bassett’s MCU co-star has died at the age of 35. Understandably, the Queen Ramonda actress appeared to be shaken by the “news” but Vance still continued with his act. The video spread like wildfire across other social media platforms and the 16-year-old ultimately came to his senses and took down the video.Naturally, fans were appalled by the kid’s decision to prank about someone’s death, let alone a celebrity who shares a close bond with her mother.
