Bob Odenkirk Weighs In on Kim’s Possible Death in Better Call Saul Season 6 Last Episodes
Fans last saw Kim in Episode 9, Fun and Games, which ended with her split from Jimmy (Odenkirk) after realizing how their relationship had put others in danger following Howard’s death (Patrick Fabian). The show then featured a time jump and revealed the full transformation of Jimmy into Saul Goodman, starting to reach the Breaking Bad timeline. As Kim wasn’t seen or even mentioned in the original series, would her character die in Better Call Saul Season 6? If it happens, it will be too predictable that a character as big as Kim may have the same fate. In fact, the show’s showrunners, Peter Gould and Vince Gilligan, are known for writing too unpredictable stories. So, it may never happen. In a show where there’s life or death stakes, I get it. You should be concerned about that,” he explained. “On the other hand, because some major characters just were slaughtered, it feels like everyone can’t die all at once. Unless it’s a, you know, apocalyptic scenario.”

Kim’s last appearance was believed to be “anticlimactic” if it were her end in the series. So there was no telling when somebody wrapped or what that meant in the story sequentially. So I’m not going to speak to whether or not we will see her again and in what capacity.” By the looks of it, fans have to wait and see what will happen to Kim until Better Call Saul Season 6 ends on Monday, August 15.
