This year’s Aniplex Online Fest is happening on September 24, 2022 (Japan Time). Unlike last year’s event which was held solely online, the 2022 event will happen both online and in-person. The event’s lineup was announced alongside a promo video that features the voice of Johnny Yong Bosch – the English voice actor of Ichigo from Bleach. The event will take place at the PACIFICO Yokohama National Convention Hall. There, new info on 19 TV anime will be announced, including hit shows like Demon Slayer and Kaguya-sama: Love is War, as well as highly anticipated anime like Solo Leveling and Mashle. While there will be 19 shows featured during the event, there’s no word yet on what kind of info will be announced during the event. Though some of these shows will likely get new trailers, new seasons, and official release dates. For instance, we can expect to see more info on Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Season 3, as well as the upcoming Love is War anime movie. Aniplex Online Fest 2022 will happen at PACIFICO in person, with a stream going live on September 24 at noon JST (September 23 at 8 PM PT / 11 PM ET). The event will be livestreamed on the official Aniplex YouTube channel.
