Well, it turns out that the British-Nigerian actor is putting his Star Wars career past him and as it stands, he’s no longer interested in appearing in a future project. In an interview with SiriusXM, Boyega admitted that while he enjoyed working on the sequel trilogy, reprising his Finn character is something that no longer appeals to him as an actor. John explains: “At this point, I’m cool off it. I’m good off it. I think Finn is at a good confirmation point where you can just enjoy him in other things, the games, the animation. But I feel like ‘[Episode] VII’ to ‘[Episode] IX’ was good for me.“Also Read: John Boyega Blames Oscar Isaac for ‘Playing Up’ FinnPoe RomanceBoyega’s apparent lack of enthusiasm comes as a huge surprise, especially considering his sequel trilogy co-stars Daisy Ridley and Oscar Isaac didn’t rule out their potential return to the Star Wars universe.
