Daredevil’s return in the MCU is inevitable as his appearance has been teased multiple times on the trailers of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law but Episode 5 just dropped the biggest confirmation on his comeback with his new yellow helmet.
She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 5 features the re-match of Jen and Titania in court as the case on the trademark on “She-Hulk” goes on. Meanwhile, Pug goes to Nikki to accompany him to a certain “Alonzo” connecting them to Luke Jacobson, a designer. See, Luke Jacobson is no ordinary fashion designer. He specializes in superhero clothing and he tailored it for Jen being She-Hulk. It turns out, as Jen is about to pick up her new clothes, there’s a box that would prove to be the biggest tease of the episode – it contains Daredevil’s yellow helmet! The mid-season trailer of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law also hints at Daredevil’s return with his face-off against She-Hulk at some parking lot and Matt Murdock conversing with Jen at a bar.

Matt Murdock hasn’t appeared in the series yet but a lot of people are excited to see what Daredevil will bring to the table, how his appearance would fit in the narrative of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, and whether this would set up his upcoming movie, Daredevil: Born Again. Kat Coiro, director of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 1 to 4 and the last two episodes, reveals to TVLine the “biggest surprise” of the series and it is none other than Daredevil, “Daredevil remains the biggest surprise that we had, which we let out of the bag at Comic-Con." With Daredevil being considered as the biggest surprise of the series, the ending of She-Hulk: Attorney At Law Episode 5 may be the biggest tease of the series so far.
