Though the developer is known most for its Science Adventure series which includes games such as Steins;Gate, Robotics;Notes, Chaos;Child, and others. Summer Time Rendering is an anime series by OLM that’s based on the manga of the same name by Yasuki Tanaka. The manga was serialized on Shonen Jump+ from October 2017 to February 2021. The story follows Shinpei Ajiro who grew up in an island town with the Kofune siters, Ushio and Mio. Shinpei moved to Tokyo in his teens but returned to the island after hearing that Ushio passed away by drowning. Upon his return, Shinpei suspects foul play. Haunted by Ushio’s ghost and with the help of Mio, Shinpei tries to solve what really happened to Ushio. Summer Time Rendering airs exclusively on Disney+.
