Reedus has played the role of the fan-favorite Daryl since the third episode of the first season. Now that The Walking Dead is on its 11th and final season, fans will luckily continuously see Daryl in a new TV series set in France.

Fans will see Daryl building an alliance with new characters. Originally, he was supposed to be with Melissa McBride’s Carol Peletier, but the actress later announced her exit. Despite that, the series continues its production in France, per ScreenRant. Little details are only known about the upcoming spinoff. Thankfully, Reedus gave fans some ideas on what they were about to see in an interview with Entertainment Weekly. It includes the newly retitled The Walking Dead: Dead City, mostly focusing on Maggie Rhee (Lauren Cohan) and Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan).
