In one of the scenes, he revealed why he opted to focus and take care of his mental health. “This is an exercise I started recently. It became famous because Doctor Strange does it,” he explained. However, when asked by the host if meditating is much easier than a regular physical workout, Yoo Ah In pointed out that “it’s not as easy as it looks.” “We typically do a lot of forceful exercises using our body. But out of all the workouts I’ve tried, staying still is the hardest,” he explained, saying that he spends an hour meditating.
